Sarah Duda is a registered patent attorney who concentrates her practice in litigation and trial of patent cases involving computer and electronic technologies. Ms. Duda also prosecutes patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including preparation of patent applications, amendments, appeals, infringement / non-infringement opinions, and validity / invalidity opinions. Prior to joining Flachsbart & Greenspoon, Ms. Duda began her career at patent law firms in the Washington, D.C. area, and in Tokyo, Japan. Ms. Duda has also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Samuel Der-Yeghiayan of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Education
Ms. Duda obtained her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Computer Science from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. She received her J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire. Ms. Duda was a senior articles editor for IDEA: The Intellectual Property Law Review.
